Commerce fire and police departments responded to a fire at Dos Laredos Tex-Mex Restaurant on the downtown square March 7.

The intersection of Washington and Alamo streets was closed to vehicle traffic.

The fire started in a storage room, and according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page, normal business hours should resume March 8.
