TRiO offers a college-level academic foundation to students to help them succeed through a support system.

To receive help, a student must first apply and get accepted into one of the TRiO programs. After acceptance, each student is paired up with a peer counselor to set up individual goals and tutoring sessions to help the student succeed.

TRiO programs include Upward Bound, Student Support Services and McNair Achievement program.

Each program has similar goals which include helping students graduate as well as prepare them for the real world after graduation.

Through financial aid training, career advising, graduate school and as well as tutoring, TRiO assists students to create a better tomorrow for their professional life.
