Members of the largest freshman class in Texas A&M University-Commerce history made their first walk across campus as students on the way to Ferguson Auditorium to hear a speech from President Jones. Upperclassmen, faculty and staff alike lined the aisles as the freshman came through leaving a lasting impact on not only the new students, but their supporters as well.

“These students are why we are here,” English Professor Tabetha Adkins said in the annual English department faculty meeting last week.
